We’re committed to making your experience with us as positive and beneficial as possible by providing high-quality services and products. Due to the nature of waxing, we do not offer refunds for services. However, if you’re not satisfied with your results—for example, if you experience missed spots or uneven hair removal—please contact us within 72 hours so we can evaluate and offer a touch-up or make adjustments to better accommodate your needs at future appointments. Please note: while we want every client to feel confident and cared for, our team is not able to diagnose or treat any reactions or adverse effects. We recommend consulting a medical professional for any concerns of that nature. We gladly offer salon credit for retail products returned within 15 days of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Appointments & Walk-ins We recommend booking your appointment online for the most convenient experience. You can schedule your visit through Vagaro HERE. To secure your time and date with your preferred waxer, we suggest pre-booking your next appointment on the day of your visit or at least one week in advance. Same day appointments are usually available if you are flexible with who waxes you or have a flexible schedule. Walk-ins are always welcome though we recommend calling or texting ahead to check before popping in to make sure we can work you in. Our walk-in hours are: <> Wednesdays & Thursdays are 10:00am-12:30pm and 3:00pm-5:00pm <> Fridays & Saturdays from 9:00am - 11:00am and 1:00pm-3:00pm Menu Pricing and Gratuity Our service prices are always current on our website (www.BareBearWaxing.com) and on Vagaro, our online booking platform and is the price you can expect. There is no tax on services; sales tax only applies to product purchases (such as body scrubs, moisturizers, and other retail items). Our Waxing Specialists are highly experienced professionals dedicated to giving you the best possible service and experience. Tipping is always greatly appreciated - an 18-25% gratuity is customary for waxing services. Tips may be given in cash or by bank debit/ credit card and 100% goes to your waxer. Payments & Gift Certificates We accept contactless payments, debit cards, ApplePay and most all major credit cards eGift Certificates are available for purchase online through our Vagaro profile HERE We do accept cash but do not accept checks Coupons, Discounts & Promotions Waxing is our livelihood and we enjoy providing each one of our guests with the very best service possible. When discounts are offered, please keep in mind that they cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any type of gift certificate. Expiration dates are strictly enforced on promotional gifts and can be refused for any reason. Please be courteous and tip your Waxing Specialist based on the full original price. Courtesy Reminders Automated email, push, and text confirmations are available for your convenience. However it is ultimately your responsibility to remember and show up for scheduled appointments. Since we are reserving this time especially for you, we request advance notice to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment. Please see our Appointment Policy for full details HERE. Check-In We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to check-in and use the facilities. If you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, your service(s) may have to be rescheduled as to not impede on other guests reserved time. Please see our Appointment Policy for full details HERE. Identity Verification To protect your identity and for our safety, we require a valid Photo ID check before any services can be rendered. Children We love kids, however, bringing children under 18 years old to the salon is not allowed. Must be 18 years old or older to receive any services at Bare Bear Waxing. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3rd Party Websites We are not responsible for information, correct or incorrect, about Bare Bear Waxing that is listed on other websites.
