APPOINTMENT Policies
Any changes to appointments must be made by 6:00PM the day before the appointment to avoid a late notice fee. At Bare Bear Waxing, we are committed to providing all of our guests with exceptional service. Since we reserve time especially for you, please give as much notice as possible to cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment. Working by appointment is our livelihood, and giving us sufficient notice will give us a better opportunity to book another guest in your place. We appreciate at least 48 hours notice, but at minimum we require changes, cancellations, or reschedules by 6:00PM the day before your appointment -OR- for your convenience, changes to appointments can be made through your profile in Vagaro up to 15 hours prior to the appointment time. To notify us directly, please call or text us at (405) 702-3630. NOTE: we cannot receive message replies to the automated system reminder texts, we can only receive text messages at the business number 405-702-3630. A fee of 50% of the scheduled services will be charged for late changes, cancelations, reschedules, or no shows. A current credit or debit card is required to be on file in your secure profile in our booking system in accordance with this policy and will be used as the form of payment for the late notice fee in the event an appointment is changed, canceled, or rescheduled after the cut-off time stated above.

Out of respect for our time and other clients time, if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late, we will not have enough time to wax you and you will be charged the late notice fee in accordance with our appointment policy. In fairness, we do not discriminate; no exceptions will be made for any late cancelations, reschedules, or no shows.

Our booking system sends out an automated Text, Email, and/or Push Notification (if you have the app downloaded) 48 hours before appointments as a reminder and confirmation request. After that we followup the day before the appointment by text and/or email with anyone who has not confirmed through the automated system as a courtesy. If an appointment is not confirmed by 6:00PM the day before the appointment, the appointment is canceled. We adopted this policy to reduce the amount of late cancellations and no shows which has helped us to significantly cut down on charging late notice fee's. We appreciate your understanding and respect of our policies, and thank you for your business!
