- Upon arrival: Check-in on the Vagaro app or text us at 405-702-3630 to let us know you are here & then wait in your car until we notify you that you can come in. Only one customer at a time in the salon per service provider - friends/family must wait outside.
- Plan to arrive early. We are committed to keeping you and ourselves safe and need a specific amount of time for the extra steps needed to disinfect all surfaces between appointments. Late arrival will forfeit appointment - no exceptions.
- A mask is still required and must be worn at all times, even if you are vaccinated. If you do not have one, we have them available for purchase for $3.00. For the time being, we are not be providing any face wax services except brow waxing & only in combination with other body or bikini wax services.
- Please wash your hands or use sanitizer first upon entering the salon.
- Please limit items you bring with you. No food or drink allowed.
- Check-in/out procedures are in place to minimize contact and to make sure our staff have sufficient time to disinfect all surfaces between appointments.
- We ask that you complete our electronic forms prior to your appointment (new guest forms, updated policies, etc).
- A signed electronic pandemic consent form is required of all guests to ensure the current risks of receiving waxing services during the Covid-19 pandemic is understood. This form only needs to be completed once (button link below).
- We offer a “clean” checkout option on your phone and accept bank debit cards and all major credit cards. We are discouraging the use of cash and we do not accept checks.
- Due to significant increases in supply costs, instead of increasing prices, we will not be offering any discounts during this time.
- If you are not feeling well, have been around anyone who is not feeling well, or are displaying any symptoms or allergies that are causing a sore throat, coughing, sneezing, or of you have a fever, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.
